From the young age of 16, Breda had a keen interest in improving her wellbeing by living a happier and more present life. Since then, she has pursued various practices such as relaxation therapy, yoga, pilates, hellinger therapy and many more which ultimately led her to Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. Breda, who has experienced first-hand the benefits of Mindfulness, feels it is her calling to educate others on how to experience a sense of complete wellbeing in the present moment and help steer them on their journey towards peace and happiness.</image:caption>
